Local Clinics and Groups
Cignificant runs many groups and clinics across NHS Norfolk to assist those who want to give up.
For many people, attending a group is a very effective method to stop smoking. The support from the advisor as well as by other members of the group ensures that they are not alone as they try to quit.
For some people, one-to-one is the best method for helping them to give up. Whatever suits you, I'm sure Cignificant could provide support for you.
