Staying Stopped

Giving up can be stressful. It takes time to get used to it and for new habits to start feeling natural.

Don't expect to change your whole life at once, or even to get it right first time.

Before you give in, think about the situations that make you want to smoke:

- Is it the habit that you are missing?
-
Is it when you are feeling stressed?
-
Are you worried about gaining weight?
- Do you feel pressured by your friends and family?

There are a number of different things that you can do to help yourself get through those hard times. Why not take a look at the links below for some ideas

Don't forget - you have a right to:

-  say "No thanks" / " I've given up" / "I'm not a smoker"
- ask others not to smoke in your home
